These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wolio.link (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

Wolio.link lets you create tracked links that redirect to a destination URL you provide. When a tracked link is opened, Wolio.link records limited analytics and then redirects the visitor to your destination.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must provide a valid email address to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access and for all activity under your account.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create or share links that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4) Your content and links

You are responsible for the destination URLs and content you link to. Wolio.link does not host your destination content and is not responsible for third-party sites, their availability, or their privacy/security practices.

5) Analytics and limitations

The Service provides click/open analytics that are approximate. Some events may be generated by automated systems (e.g., email security scanners, applicant tracking systems). We may label events as "bot" or "prefetch/scanner," but we do not guarantee accuracy.

Wolio.link does not identify specific individuals or companies who open your links.

6) No hiring guarantee

Using Wolio.link does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

7) Free plan, paid plans, and changes (important)

The Service may offer free and/or paid features. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The free version may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.
  • We may change features, pricing, plan limits, or availability at any time.
  • The Service may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important information and for keeping access to your original portfolio/resume links outside of Wolio.link.

If you purchase a paid plan, any billing terms (price, renewal, cancellation) will be presented to you at the time of purchase or within the Service.

8) Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or factors outside our control.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolio.link and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolio.link and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your links, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (and, if applicable, the laws of the province/territory where the company is based), without regard to conflict of law principles.
